Grey Wedding at Oldfield Club by Britt Croft Photography
I can't wait for you to feast your eyes on this treat from Britt Croft Photography! Because I just KNOW you're going to love all the charming details in this orange and grey wedding at Oldfield Club. For starters, I'm loving the v-neck grey dresses the bridesmaids wore, not to mention their adorable orange and pink bouquets that pop right off their dresses. Beaufort Wedding Engagement by Andrea Kuehnis Photography
Swiss wedding photographer, Andrea Kuehnis, made a recent trip to the Lowcountry and what she captured is something we just have to share. The sweet couple, Addison + Andrew, who will be tying the knot later this year on Hilton Head, decided that the charming town of Beaufort would be the perfect spot for their engagement pictures. The weather was as unexpected as it always in the summer and served up some rain shower delays but the duo was able to squeeze in just enough time to capture some seriously gorgeous images. They even took some time to toast to the big day. Thanks to Andrea Kuehnis for capturing this lovely Beaufort Wedding Engagement!

Hilton Head Wedding Inspiration at Stoney Baynard Ruins
I'm thrilled to share this gorgeous Hilton Head Wedding Inspiration shoot from the talented Julie Roberts. This beauty was on the grounds of the Stoney Baynard Ruins and combines romantic evening sunlight, the ruins of an old, mysterious Southern Plantation and a veil that's bound to take your breath away.
From Julie Roberts Photography: "This gorgeous couple, Sara and Jack, agreed to model for a little styled session that I did in Hilton Head last summer. I've been so excited to feature these images that are full of super sultry evening sun light. When I first thought of doing this session I called up my friends at The Gilded Gown and they happily agreed to lone us this gorgeous gown, veil, and all accessories as well as the suit and accoutremont. The adorable flowers were done by Allie with Sassafras Flowers. I discovered her through the wonders of facebook ... and was thrilled when she agreed to be a part of this little project. Her work is so whimsical and artistic! The location for our session was a sweet little find my mom discovered tucked away on Hilton Head Island, SC. The Stoney-Baynard Ruins are the remnants of a grand antebellum plantation home built 1793-1810 by Captain John Stoney. The original house was built of timber and tabby which is a mixture of oyster shells, lime, and sand. The up close texture of the ruin walls was WONDERFUL. The home was raided during the Civil War and Union forces made it their headquarters. It burned down shortly after the Civil War. I LOVE the mystery and charm of old plantation ruins. Paired with the elegance of a lace wedding gown and string of fresh water pearls this scene is my idea of the perfect deep south wedding inspiration."

Hilton Head Wedding {Katie + Geoff} Scott Hopkins Photography
We always love sharing a Hilton Head wedding, particularly when a crazy talented group of vendors are involved. This beauty took place this past May at a private residence in Bluffton, South Carolina and offered up one heck of a backdrop for a beautiful Lowcountry evening. Bride Katie stunned in a strapless gown while her bridesmaids rocked deep purple dresses. Katie's bouquet was a mix of hydrangeas and roses in varying shades of purple mixed with a few lovely calla lilies. The team at Weddings with Leah was on hand to bring their fairytale to life while JLK Events handled the lighting. Downtown Catering treated their guests to an evening of Lowcountry cuisine while Lowcountry Boil Band kept them on their feet. Thanks to Scott Hopkins Photography for capturing all the magical moments!

Oldfield Club Wedding {Stina + Bill} Amy Marie Kay Photography
We love when stunning Hilton Head weddings roll across our inbox, especially when a dreamy Lowcountry wedding venue is involved! This beauty kicked off with a traditional ceremony at quite frankly one of the prettiest coastal churches I've ever seen, The Church of the Cross in Bluffton. After saying their 'I do's', they continued the celebration with a beautiful Oldfield Club wedding in Okatie, South Carolina. Guests were treated to an evening of Southern cuisine before they hit the dance floor...and they hit it hard! Thanks to Amy-Marie Kay Photography capturing the amazing, and lively, celebration!

One thing I absolutely love about weddings is the small and unique touches. Something as simple as a table place card can really add character and creativity to any Hilton Head, Charleston or Myrtle Beach wedding! Not to mention it can completely influence the entire décor of the reception area. Table place cards are truly a necessity in making sure your reception runs smoothly and that guests sit at the right table. So why not make yours unforgettable?! Hilton Head Wedding {Ashley + Phil}
I have to say, I couldn't be more excited about this week's ALW line-up. We've got one stunning Lowcountry wedding after another, a charming Downtown Charleston bridal session and even an Isle of Palms bachelorette party that will probably have you running for the nearest bottle of champagne just so you can join in on the fun! But to kick-start what's sure to be a very pin-able week over here, we're heading down to Hilton Head for Ashley + Phil easy-going, beach affair planned by Weddings with Leah. This cute couple tied the knot in a low-key, ocean side ceremony in front of an intimate gathering of family and friends before making their way back to the beach house to celebrate the night away! My favorite part...all of the wonderful pop-up stationery that the bride and groom designed themselves. Genius! Thanks to amelia + dan photography for capturing this beauty.

Lowcountry Wedding Inspiration
Ohhh, ladies! We're diving right into this week with a big dose of Lowcountry wedding heaven that is sure to knock your socks off. Captured by our friend Brooke Roberts Photography, this fabulous inspiration shoot highlights everything we love about this time of the year. Getting hitched by the coast lends itself well to beautiful outdoor event, whether it's your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or an intimate shower...you just can't go wrong. With the help of Judi Watson Florals and Dutchman Designs, the team matched soft furnishings with pops of colorful accent pieces to achieve a cozy, laid back setting at The St. Simons Lighthouse and A.J. Jones Heritage Center. Aren't you loving the summery color palette of turquoise and pink? The models were outfitted in dresses from Lady in White and Snippety Do Da's topped them off with the perfect hair and make up. Possibly my favorite part? That food! Tasteful Temptations whipped up some delicious Lowcountry cuisine (and a tasty specialty drink!) perfect for a garden affair.
