Our free service is quick, easy and connects your with our top hotel partners in the area for an effortless experience. Our team of seasoned hospitality experts have combined their experience in the hotel and wedding industries to deliver our couples a seamless process with noticeable savings and reduced stress.
HOW IT WORKS…
After our initial consultation, we’ll work with you to determine the properties that will best fit the needs and budget of your guest list. We’ll review the in’s and out’s of room blocks, contracts, courtesy group agreements, concessions and more so you have a better understanding of the process. Once we’ve collected the rates and negotiated the concessions with each property, we’ll assist you in narrowing down your choices that best fit your needs. After the contracts & agreements are signed, we’ll make sure you have all the necessary info to share with your guests to make booking rooms a piece of cake.
We’ll make sure to manage your room block throughout the process, letting you know monthly pickup, upcoming cut-off dates, etc., so let's get started.
