Bride Megan selected The Island House on Johns Island to capture the beauty and elegance of the grand, Deep South while also making sure her guests felt relaxed. They incorporated soft, delicate flowers like hydrangeas and spray roses in contrast to stunning dahlias to create a wonderful symphony of color that was breathtaking against the dreamy, Lowcountry backdrop. To honor her grandmother, they included old canning jars as vases at the reception. "If anything signified Grandma's love the best, it was her canning!"
