We're straight out of the gates this morning with one heck of a Southern Wedding from Virginia's-own Mike Topham Photography. This beauty took place at the bride's family home which is clearly the perfect spot for a big Southern bash! The Bride, Carman, tasked her mother, and a close family friend, with creating the stunning floral arrangements and charming bouquets. They went for a relaxed, rustic feel and even incorporated dried cotton from neighboring farm fields! As a nod to the groom's love of hunting they also incorporated pheasant feathers into the decor and served venison BBQ sliders. The bride and groom even followed the old southern superstition of burying a bottle of bourbon to be sure they had good weather on the day of the wedding and as you can see, their wedding day weather was perfect!
