From the photographer: “Jess and Pamela's wedding was hosted on the beautiful Daufuskie Island at Haig Point, a beautiful community on the private island. They had planned for an outdoor reception, but the weather threw in a bit of a plot twist. The rain started coming in hard and heavy only an hour and a half prior to the ceremony. The vendor team jumped into action and moved the entire reception to the Haig Point ballroom without missing a beat. The skies stopped their maddening rain for just long enough for their guests to see them say I do next to the historic lighthouse with the ocean as their backdrop. As Pamela & Jess entered their reception in the ballroom they were initially disappointed in having to use, they were elated to find that it looked as though it were planned that way all along! Every detail was represented in a beautiful way, and they were surrounded by their closest friends and family to celebrate in a huge way!”
