From the Laura Anne Watson Photography: “Cheerful is the word Kim and Alex used as their inspiration, and from the bright coral color palette to the excitement from their bridal party as we walked along historic Jones St. and Chippewa Square in Savannah for portraits, I can't think of any other word that would be more perfect.
Tara Skinner Events fused the coastal setting of the Savannah Yacht Club with a color palette of corals, blushes, soft blues and neutrals. From the Bella Figura invitations to their guests arriving in white trolleys, the details brought to life every color-loving Southern bride's dream of a historic, coastal wedding in Savannah. My favorite detail of all was the floral tandem bicycle covered in flowers for the bride and groom!
Their ceremony took place on the lawn of the Savannah Yacht Club with a Southern Live Oak tree as the backdrop! After walking down an aisle of flower petals, Kim met Alex, and he had the biggest smile on his face! They exchanged hand-written vows and followed their ceremony with portraits on the harbor while their guests gathered under cafe lights and danced to Mo' Sol band (who definitely brought the party!)
Kim and Alex ended their day with a send off in the Georgia Tech Ramblin' Wreck that traveled all the way from Atlanta for the couple! It was a wedding day that was an absolute pleasure to capture.”
