Our Charleston area residents might notice today’s lovely bride-to-be Mayci as the adorable local reporter, Mayci McLeod, on NBC’s Channel 2 News. When the University of Florida graduate made the move to the Lowcountry, she quickly fell in love with Ravenel Bridge. Not long after, Danny, her former neighbor, also caught her attention. After a beautiful courtship, Danny popped the question near the swing on Waterfront Memorial Park. The couple, who enjoy taking in comedy shows at Theatre 99 and dancing the night away, plan on having an intimate wedding ceremony at Charleston’s Hampton Park followed a celebration at Southend Brewery. For their engagement session, the sweet couple spent an afternoon in the Holy City with the talented Rachel Craig Photography. They strolled down cobblestone alleys, posed on colorful window sills and ended up right where they wanted to be, wrapped in each other’s arms atthe base of the magical Ravenel Bridge.
