Lauren + Todd hail from New Jersey but selected Charleston for their April wedding day. Lauren prepped with her bridesmaids at a Folly Beach cottage where she stepped into a beautiful fit-and-flare gown. After Wedding Hair by Charlotte completed her beachy blonde waves, Lauren met Todd on the beach for a sweet first look. The couple scooped up their bridal party and made their way to Downtown Charleston for a few portrait shots down by The Battery before the ceremony. They boarded a vintage 1957 Yellow Crown Bus from Lowcountry Valet & Shuttle Co. to their final wedding destination, The Island House, where their friends & family awaited them. Lauren + Todd said 'I do' in a touching outdoor ceremony overlooking the Stono River before heading to the tent for a romantic Island House wedding reception! First Bloom designed centerpieces in a feminine color palette of soft pink and white. WildFlour Pastry created three adorable cakes with floral accents and a sparkly gold cake topper while Salthouse Catering served upit's signature, mouthwatering cuisine. Thanks to Riverland Studios for artfully capturing their lovely Island House wedding!
