If you're thinking of throwing an outdoor plantation soiree, then Heather & Adam's Richfield Plantation wedding is sure to suit your fancy! The Plantation, which is located in McPhersonville, just outside of Yemassee, was originally constructed in 1875 by John White Gregorie. The couple tied the knot in South Carolina's Lowcountry this past September in what looks like a beautiful Fall day. Heather was ever the Southern bride in a flowing, strapless gown with an embellished belt. Her bridesmaids wore long dresses in a muted color palette with garden-style bouquets full of blush and ivory roses surrounded by greenery. After an adorable first look in front of the Main House, the couple exchanged vows under the perfectly draped arbor. Rustic centerpieces atop wooden toppers and lanterns were mixed throughout the reception decor to set the effortless tone Heather had imagined. Paula Flowers treated the guests to her signature Southern cuisine before guests indulged in a bourbon and cigar bar. Thanks to Devon Donnahoo Photography for documenting their Richfield Plantation wedding.
