The rain is coming down in Charleston (boo!) and what better to fix a dreary August day than with picture perfect Lowcountry bridal session on Charles Towne Landing from none other than JoPhoto. Full of magnificent oaks and spanish moss, Bride Erin selected the historic grounds of the Legare Waring House as the backdrop for the day. She donned a romantic gown with a lace and tulle overlay with a beautiful sheer back with pearl buttons. There were layers of tulle that effortlessly moved in the breeze and danced behind her as she walked. Her hair and makeup, by Lashes and Lace Bridal Hair and Makeup, matched her ethereal gown and we love the touch of the soft floral crown. Kala at MOD Events designed her bouquet in shades of light yellow and pretty pinks with pops of coral, which Erin added her own touch of white ribbon and lace to. Thanks to JoPhoto for documenting this enviable Legare Waring House bridal session and, I highly suggest you dive in to the Super 8 film at the bottom of the post. We think every girl needs one of these!
Tonight, the A Lowcountry Wedding team is headed to the historic Francis Marion Hotel in the Heart of Downtown Charleston for The Wedding Experience in the Grand Colonial Ballroom. Festivities begin at 4 PM - 7 PM.
