Josie + Doug planned their Lowcountry wedding at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club for May 28, 2016. As the days got closer, it looked as though a tropical storm was on the horizon, bringing plenty of rain to Pawleys Island, South Carolina. With the Events on the Half Shell team at the helm, the beautiful show went on. Josie stunned in a flowing gown with lace cap sleeves and a soft up-do. Her six bridesmaids kicked off the elegant color palette in long, sky blue dresses. To ensure the couple and their guests would stay dry, the ceremony took place under the tent where the Josie + Doug, who've known each other since childhood, said 'I do' under a rustic arbor. For the reception, blush colored linens graced the tables which were surrounded by white Chanel chairs. Effortless centerpieces of white and blue blooms and white lanterns added a charming pop to the decor while raffia fans were available just in case guests need to stay cool. Inlet Affairs treated the crowd to their signature tasty cuisine before everyone indulged in the almost-too-pretty to eat cake from Priceless Desserts.
