Did I go overboard with this one? Probably, but I couldn’t stop including images from Katey + Tony’s Pepper Plantation wedding. The prettiness Monika Gauthier Photography captured just kept coming and I didn’t want it to stop. My initial fascination was with Katey’s bridal style. She was the definition of stunning on her Lowcountry wedding day. From her romantic lace gown and drop earrings to her enviable hair and makeup (can I have her eyelashes, please?) and shimmering belt, I was hooked. Add in gold bridesmaids dresses, a magical outdoor ceremony and the perfect bouquets, and I just knew I had to share. Elizabeth Grace Occasions handled all the details including gold table runners, charming centerpieces from Harris Teeter and monogrammed corn hole boards. From Katey: "Our wedding day at The Pavilion at Pepper Plantation in Awendaw, SC was one of the best days of my life! Because our family and friends are very spread out, one of the things I was looking forward to most was being able to celebrate with all of our loved ones, all in one spot. We actually made it a wedding “week” as relatives and close friends traveled to Charleston a few days early, which was so fun!"
Katey + Tony's Relationship Advice: "Always respect each other, be kind, and communicate. You and your partner are a team, always remember that.
