Happy Monday to all of our lovely brides, grooms and vendors. While most of our readers are from the states and flow our wedding blog to plan their Lowcountry weddings, we also wanted to say hi to our followers in Europe, Asia and Australia. From New York to Istanbul and London to Sydney, we LOVE and appreciate all of our sweet readers. Today, we're excited to share a romantic South Carolina wedding from the Midlands, in the capital city of Columbia on the grounds of The Lace House. Nestled in the neighborhood of Arsenal Hill, the historic Lace House is located on the grounds of the Governor's Mansion complex and offers the perfect venue for a dreamy Southern wedding. Beautiful bride Jennifer wore a beautiful gown with intricate detailing and her hair down in soft curls. Her maids wore long, pale pink gowns and toted bouquets of pink and white roses with baby's breath. With the fountains in the backdrop, Jennifer & Christian were wed in an outdoor ceremony in the gardens. To celebrate, the couple joined their guests for an evening under the Carolina stars where lanterns and soft arrangements designed by Jessica Rourke graced the tabletops. Parkland Cakes designed a four-tier creation with sweet sugar flowers and Southern Way Catering treated the crew to Southern cuisine. Big thanks to Jolie Connor Photography for capturing this beautiful Lace House wedding.
