As we wrapped up our Summer issue, we may have gotten a tad behind on our blog - and by a tad, I mean a lot :( So, we're sorry to have kept you waiting but we've got a stash of amazing Lowcountry weddings heading your way and we're getting the party started with this dreamy Alhambra Hall wedding from Boutique Planning. The two, Emily + Tim, initial met at The Medical University of South Carolina where Tim was a nurse and Emily was a first year resident in the ICU. They planned a November wedding in Mount Pleasant where Emily hoped to have a classic yet rustic reception and Boutique Planning delivered just that. Emily wore a lovely lace gown with a keyhole back from Gown Boutique of Charleston and her bridesmaids wore a sophisticated shade of navy with lace detailing. After a romantic, outdoor ceremony overlooking the water, they moved the party inside where the tables were set with ivory linens and topped with garden-style centerpieces from Sara York Grimshaw Designs.
