Pure Luxe Bride recently teamed up with Richard Bell Photography to provide us with Stacia + Jeff's Charleston wedding, that I'm positive you won't want to take your eyes off. For starters, if you're in the market for a knock-your-socks-off-gotta-have-it-bouquet, then I've got just what you're looking for. Wildflowers took Stacia's vision of a rustic bouquet fitting of her Boone Hall Plantation wedding, and kicked it up a notch by adding a handful of peacock feathers to the mix of vibrant blooms. Stunning doesn't event do it just. The couple wed in a romantic, outdoor ceremony under the Oaks before joining their guests for a gorgeous, Lowcountry evening at the Cotton Dock!
It's Southern Wedding Sunday and we're diving in head first with Sue + Brian's nautical-inspired engagement session from one of our favorite Charleston wedding vendors, the wonderfully talented Dana Cubbage Wedding Photography. I'm slightly obsessed with this perfect combination of one seriously photogenic couple, a dose of dreamy natural light and the preppy backdrop of the marina. To top it all off, I'm crazy about Sue's fresh clothing selections. I'm gonna need that scarf, please :)

I'm wrapping up this week and heading into February the only way I know how...with a big, dreamy Lowcountry wedding! This Charleston beauty took place on Mount Pleasant at the charming Alhambra Hall where Jenna + Michael tied the knot in a outdoor ceremony. After, the newlyweds took a stroll with the talented Sally Watts Photography to capture a few breathtaking moments by the water. If you're looking to shake the Monday blues, then look no further! We're taking a little road trip to the Lowcountry coast of Georgia for a jaw-dropping, Saint Simons wedding from the crew at Brooke Roberts Photography. Kristen + Thomas were able to pull off a dreamy, beach affair at the Beachview Club and incorporate tons of do-it-yourself elements. I'm loving their bold purple and green color palette! But my favorite part...when the newlyweds took some time for themselves with a romantic stroll on the beach. Swoon!

Thanks to this crazy, springlike weather, we've all had a hankerin' to hightail it straight to the beach! So, what better way to spend our Wedding Wednesday with a dreamy, Wild Dunes Wedding that will have you dying to stick your toes in the sand. Beth + Jeff tied the knot this past September in the perfect coastal affair. Luckily, our friends at Richard Bell Photography were on hand to document every single moment. Their blue and white color palette couldn't have been better suited for the beach. Don't you just love that bouquet?
I thought today might be a good day to escape this dreary, winter weather and head to the breezy shores of Folly Beach where Lauren and Mark tied the knot this past September. Casual, intimate and understated, it was a Charleston destination wedding done right! I'm loving Lauren's coastal color palette, cheerful bouquets and her relaxed wedding day hairstyle created by Ash and Co. Bridal Hair and Make up. Her bridesmaids donned turquoise bridesmaids dresses that were paired with adorable bouquets with Gerber daises. To end the evening, the couple and their guest sent off beautiful wish lanterns into the lovely Lowcountry sky! To finish off this fabulous, Southern Wedding Sunday, we've got an intimate, Marion Square affair for you to gawk over! Leah + Brian kept things simple and romantic. She wore a beautiful, strapless gown with a killer, orchid bouquet, while her husband-to-be was dapper in his dress blues. They said 'I do' in a small, outdoor ceremony and then joined their friends and family at the Embassy Suites for an evening of celebration! Since it's Sunday Funday in the Lowcountry, we've decided to shower you with a few of our favorite Southern weddings. This darling gem comes to us from Reese Moore Weddings and was shot at one of our favorite Charleston wedding venues, Creek Club at I'On. Guests were welcomed to the reception by the cheerful sounds of The Plantation Singers and fresh, Carolina peaches in wicker and burlap baskets. They sipped on specialty drinks in mason jars, engaged in a casual game of cornhole and dined on authentic, Lowcountry cuisine. We're talking about a delicious dose of barbecue, mac and cheese and buttermilk cornbread! They bid farewell to their guests in a classic sparkler exit before hopping in a boat to end the night!
I'll be the first to admit that I took a longer than expected Christmas vacay away from blogging. I couldn't help it. I was surrounded by my favorite people, cold beverages and great food and just couldn't tear myself away. So, my apologizes for the lack of posts but don't worry, I'll be making it up to you over the next week! This gorgeous, destination fête took place at the quaint, Beaufort Inn and is the epitome of all your Lowcountry dreams! The beautiful Bride, Amie, rocked a breathtaking, lace gown with a seriously. flattering back and bold, emerald earrings. The gals looked fabulous in classic, green frocks that were complimented by fresh, white hydrangea bouquets. After a romantic outdoor ceremony, the lively couple and their guests celebrated the night away in a stunning, tented reception complete with Lowcountry cuisine from Southern Graces. I hope everyone has enjoyed their time off! I wanted to kick off this short work week with a charming beach wedding from Charleston wedding vendor, Priscilla Thomas Photography. Toni and Doc met when Toni was a junior in high school and he was a freshman at USC. They were together throughout college but separated thereafter. In the 24 years that followed, they only saw each other once. But a few years ago they reconnected on Facebook and that led to a second chance to be together. Their wedding ceremony took place in the evening at Folly Beach by pier 1580. The family made a week long vacation out of the event by renting a beach house near the ceremony location. They opted for a simple, intimate wedding with close friends and family and classic blue details.
