Magnolia Plantation and Gardens Wedding {Courtney + Mark}

When the team at Richard Bell Photography is behind the lens you know you’re in store for some Lowcountry magic, but add a crew of talented Charleston wedding vendors and in you’re in for quite the treat! Courtney + Mark tied the knot at the romantic Magnolia Plantation & Gardens where they said ‘I do’ in an intimate, outdoor ceremony as Courtney rocked a Fabulous Frocks gown. A. Caldwell Events orchestrated a beautiful Southern affair in a lovely purple color palette, while guests dined on Lowcountry cuisine from Newton Farms Catering! To wrap up the evening, guests were transported back to their hotels by Absolutely Charleston while munching on pigs-in-a-blanket!

Boone Hall Plantation Wedding {Jessica + Chase}

Jessica and Chase were married in an intimate, winter ceremony at the charming Boone Hall Plantation (which is pretty much every girl’s dream!) earlier this January. Jessica knocked it out-of-the-park by pairing her beautiful strapless gown from Fabulous Frocks with dark-toned, custom made jewelry. She actually hand-picked the beads and had her bracelets and necklace specially crafted which perfectly complemented her silver shawl. Pamela Lesch worked her magic with Jessica’s makeup and went with a beautiful smokey-eye. It was refreshing to see a bride not afraid to step outside the traditional look and do something bold! DJ Wade with OtherBrother Entertainment provided the music and entertainment and kept everyone dancing late into the night. Thanks to Caroline from Riverland Studios for shoting this picture perfect Charleston wedding!

I thought today might be a good day to escape this dreary, winter weather and head to the breezy shores of Folly Beach where Lauren and Mark tied the knot this past September. I already know what you guys are going to say about this beautiful wedding just south of Charleston and right outside of Hilton Head. You’re going to tell me how you just love Bride Katie’s gorgeous up-do and you can’t get enough of her adorable shoes. You’ll be all weak-in-the-knees for the precious bridesmaids dresses and tell me how you are absolutely smitten over her lush bouquet and dreamy florals and that you’re having a serious swoon attack over the romantic photography from the talented Diana Deaver. Even after ALL of that, you’ll tell me what you’re really head-over-heels for, wish-you-could-have-been-there, can’t-stop-thinking-about, is how this wedding is the epitome of all things Lowcountry. The entire affair revolves around the breathtaking, outdoor scenery that’s dripping with Live Oaks and gorgeous sunlight which, of course, lends itself well to the perfect backdrop for a big ol’ Southern wedding. Lowcountry heaven at it’s finest!
