Yesterday, we joined the industry’s best for a fabulous (yet rainy) afternoon of Lowcountry bridal fashion at Charleston Fashion Week‘s Spring Bridal Show…and I can tell you this, it did not disappoint! Make sure to check out our instagram feed to see a few snapshots of some of the lovelies and, of course, we’ll recap things later this week. Okay, so now to the (REALLY) good stuff. We’ve teamed up with our talented friend and Lowcountry wedding vendor, Priscilla Thomas Photography, to bless one lucky, Lowcountry couple with one heck of a prize…(drum roll, please!) A Free Wedding Photography Package! Fabulous, I know! So, read the details below and get to pinning!

Charleston Bridals {Whitney}
You all know I love a timeless bridal session shot in the Holy City. The utterly Southern city is dripping with historical homes, cobblestone paths and gorgeous architecture that you just can’t find anywhere else. Throw in a beautiful bride and you’ve got true Lowcountry perfection. Blushing Bride Whitney stunned in a classic lace gown that she accessorized with a vibrant bouquet and I just can’t get enough of it! As usual, Charleston wedding vendor, Carmen Ash Photography captured another memorable afternoon!

Bachelorette Party {Katie}
Katie’s one of our favorite Lowcountry brides who’s getting hitched in Hilton Head in a few weeks, so we thought it was the perfect time to bust out the pics from her Bachelorette Party! That’s right, I said Bachelorette Party, and don’t worry, they’re all internet approp! Thanks to Tim Will Photography, Katie and her lively group of friends, the Bachelorette Party session has quickly been added to my list of wedding must-haves. How did we not think of this before? A killer photographer to capture you and all your best gals for one last celebratory girls weekend? Um, yes please! The girls rented a beach house in Charleston where Sarah of Tim Will Photography joined them for an evening of feather masks, adult beverages and sweet dances moves before sending them on their merry way!

Spotlight: Lindsay {Wined & Designed}
I would say, consider any additional stationery items you may need (these may include: save-the-dates, invitations, events guides for guests, maps, programs, menus, escort cards, table numbers, favor tags, thank you notes, etc…)
.Gather information! The idea is to make your experience easy, enjoyable and stress free. The more I know about a couple and their wedding vision, the better their experience & the more personal their invitations. Pull pictures from magazines/pinterest/google of anything that represents you!
Oh, and get a move on it! There are a limited number of appointments!

Boone Hall Engagement {Lynsey + Ryan}
Lynsey + Ryan currently reside in Hawaii but are heading back to the Holy City this Fall to say ‘I do’. On a recent trip back to the East Coast, the adorable duo met up with the talented crew from Hyer Images to engage in a session for the record books! Unbeknownst to them, they headed over to Boone Hall Plantation on the eve of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynold’s Lowcountry wedding, and to say security was tight was an understatement! But lucky for us, they were able to squeeze in a few dreamy images just for our pinning pleasure
Can’t wait for their big ol’ Charleston wedding!

South Carolina Aquarium {Joanne + Seth}
Hopefully, you caught Joanne’s timeless bridal session this morning and have been anxiously anticipating her gorgeous South Carolina Aquarium wedding ever since! The couple married this past October and incorporated a few of my favorite Charleston wedding venues into their big ol’ Lowcountry affair! Joanne + Seth + crew prepped for the evening at the charming Meeting Street Inn before heading over to the parade deck at the Citadel to catch a few shots. They then said ‘I do’ in a romantic evening ceremony at the Summerall Chapel. The celebration continued at the South Carolina Aquarium where guests enjoyed Lowcountry cuisine from Hamby Catering & Events!
