Fripp Island Wedding {Paige + Andy}

Destination wedding photographer, Jeremie Barlow, recently traveled to the Lowcountry to capture a beautiful Fripp Island wedding and y’all are going to go crazy over it! The couple met when Bride Paige visited a winery in Napa and, lo and behold, her soon-to-be Husband Andy was the owner. After a whirlwind romance, they fell madly in love and Paige now resides in wine country where the duo produces Lambert Bridge wine! As a child, Paige frequented the sleepy, coastal town of Fripp Island, so it was the obvious choice for their destination wedding which made for quite the effortlessly elegant Lowcountry affair.

But that’s just how we like it Fia Forever Photography teamed up with a crew of talented Charleston wedding vendors to bring to life a gorgeous Isle of Palms wedding from Linsey + Mark. The couple said ‘I do’ in one heck of a oceanside ceremony where guests were able to put their toes in the sand. After, the duo joined the crowd for a lively evening at the Citadel Beach House where everyone was invited to enjoy Lowcountry cuisine from Crazy Dutchman Catering and treats from WildFlour Bakery! We spent yesterday soaking up the sun in our first official beach day of the season and, not surprisingly, I brought home my first sunburn of the year! In honor of the beach-like weather we’ll be experiencing this week, we’re diving into this beautiful Monday with an oceanside affair from Libby McGowan Photography. Shannon + Roy tied the knot in Pawleys Island, South Carolina at Litchfield Beach + Golf Resort. I can’t get enough of of the sweet pink + blue color palette and that ah-mazing cake!

Thanks to this crazy, springlike weather, we’ve all had a hankerin’ to hightail it straight to the beach! So, what better way to spend our Wedding Wednesday with a dreamy, Wild Dunes Wedding that will have you dying to stick your toes in the sand. Beth + Jeff tied the knot this past September in the perfect coastal affair. Luckily, our friends at Richard Bell Photography were on hand to document every single moment. Their blue and white color palette couldn’t have been better suited for the beach. Don’t you just love that bouquet?

Charleston Beach Wedding {Toni + Doc}

I hope everyone has enjoyed their time off! I wanted to kick off this short work week with a charming beach wedding from Charleston wedding vendor, Priscilla Thomas Photography. Toni and Doc met when Toni was a junior in high school and he was a freshman at USC. They were together throughout college but separated thereafter. In the 24 years that followed, they only saw each other once. But a few years ago they reconnected on Facebook and that led to a second chance to be together. Their wedding ceremony took place in the evening at Folly Beach by pier 1580. The family made a week long vacation out of the event by renting a beach house near the ceremony location. They opted for a simple, intimate wedding with close friends and family and classic blue details.

There’s nothing more a Lowcountry girl loves than a beautiful coastline. Absolutely nothing. Which is why I’m positive any gal planning a wedding in Charleston, Hilton Head or Myrtle Beach will be head-over-heels for this effortless one year anniversary session from So Life Studios. The couple was originally married in Mobile but had recently relocated to gorgeous Destin, Florida and were dying to jump back into their wedding attire to capture some seriously frame-able shots. It was the perfect evening for them to recreate wedding day bliss.
